Cricket Council USA (CCUSA) has named Cricket Equipment USA as the exclusive and official ball provider for the 3rd Annual US Cricket Open. Much like the “open” format of major US golf and tennis opens, the US Cricket Open will be a fun-filled four day extravaganza that will be the largest T20 cricket tournament to be played in North America. Thirty two (32) teams from combined with former international, national and local stars will be converging in beautiful South Florida to leave their mark in American sports history.
Cricket Equipment USA is an online platform for sales, supply and distribution of high quality sports products to cricketers, e-commerce driven sports websites, school and college level cricket teams, sports organizations, small businesses and large corporations that actively promote cricket.
The top A Grade Revolution cricket balls will feature in all games of the tournament. Designed to meet guidelines for local, national and global specifications, each ball is constructed with extreme care and quality. With years of industry experience, specific design elements and top of the line materials, Cricket Equipment USA has created the long lasting and extremely durable balls for the US Cricket Open. The company has also recently launched CE branded cricket bats & full range of gear for north American market, and is looking to sponsor young American cricket talent to promote the sport of cricket in United States.
CCUSA is a sports and entertainment management organization that was founded in 2001 by Mahammad A. Qureshi. The former CEO is currently a presidential candidate for the United States of America Cricket Association (USACA) presidency scheduled for December, 2011.
