The Broward District 9 Cricket Committee was formed by Commissioner Dale Holeness and this meeting was in concern to the DIGICEL T20 games which is being looked after by Friend Group directly under the tight scrutiny of WICB.

MAQ also addressed the meeting, informing the people of the major role played by the Commissioner Dale Holeness in bringing the International Cricket game to USA. MAQ emphasized that we forget the differences and just bring the game here so as to commence a new chapter for USA Cricket.

MAQ gave his whole hearted support for Commissioner Dale Holeness and requested all those present to volunteer their services to make the 2 day game on Jun30 & Jul01 – a success in order to pave the way for future International cricket in Florida.

Mr. Jeff Miller informed us that the WCIB has total control over tickets which are being sold through ticket master. He further informed about who to contact for vendors-media pass and other formalities.

The meeting ended on a strong, positive note as Mr. Miller was able to assure all attending the meeting that any communication will be answered and all phone calls will be returned.
